You're Registered — Now What?
This page is for families who have already completed GRAVA's online registration — whether your student is brand new to GRAVA or continuing with us for another year. If that's you, you're in the right place.
Haven't registered yet? This isn't the enrollment step — visit Enrollment to apply first, then come back here once you're registered.
Step 1 — Select Your Courses
Tell us which courses your student would like to take for 2026-27. This is your starting point, not a final schedule — GRAVA staff review every submission, and for grades 9-12, a credit check is required before schedules are finalized.

Step 2 — Have Questions? Set Up a Quick Check-In
Have questions about courses, schedules, or getting started? You're welcome to grab a short check-in meeting now — no need to wait. If you need more time to dig into something, just note that when you book and we'll find a longer slot.
Step 3 — Get Set Up with Technology
- Device: Use your own device, or GRAVA will provide a district iPad to any student who needs one.
- Using your own device? Check Imagine Learning's technical requirements to confirm it meets the basic specs (browser, internet speed, etc.) needed to run your courses.
- Need a district iPad or other tech? The rest of this section applies to you — fill out this quick form to request an iPad. Device pick-up is coordinated by Sean — after the school year begins, pick up at the District Educational Service Center (Bigfork-area students can pick up at the Bigfork School office).
- Log in: Access your courses through the Imagine Learning Virtual Portal (ILVP) at edgenuity.com/SIS-login. Login credentials will be sent directly to your family before the school year begins.
- Orientation: An online orientation is provided to all new students to help them get familiar with the platform. Orientation details will be sent to registered families soon.
- Support: Software help → Imagine Edgenuity (help.edgenuitystudent.com). Device/tech help (iPad requests, hardware issues) → Sean Martinson, smartinson@isd318.org, 218-327-5700, ext. 41040.

Step 4 — Review the Student Handbook
Your one-stop guide to attendance, grading, communication, and how the online classroom works. Read it together with your student before day one so everyone knows what to expect.
Step 5 — Mark Your Calendar
GRAVA follows the Grand Rapids Area Schools' calendar. Add the first day of school and other key dates to your family calendar now, so the year starts smoothly.
While you're getting ready (optional, but worth a look)
