Programs

Grand Rapids Area Schools offers a full-time online school for grades K-12. We use two learning platforms. They are called Imagine Edgenuity and Imagine Learning. GRAVA offers strong courses. Minnesota licensed teachers support every student.

GRAVA is open to all Minnesota students at no cost. Students learn from home with full support from Grand Rapids Area Schools. Unlike other online schools, GRAVA students can join school clubs and events. They can take in-person classes like music and band, too. They also earn a diploma from their home high school: Grand Rapids or Bigfork.

Choose your level to see how each program works:

• Elementary (K-5): Full-time online learning with structured daily routines and family support.
• Middle School (6-8): A full 6-8 course schedule with licensed-teacher support, flexible structured days, and access to in-person electives and activities.
• High School (9-12): Fully online or hybrid schedules, a full course catalog, and a path to a Grand Rapids or Bigfork High School diploma.
